We do our best to make sure all our products are securely and safely packed. But in case you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Amendment/Cancellation

Request before dispatchment

You may request an amendment to an order prior to the despatch of your existing order by e-mail quoting your unique reference number. Your order will be placed on hold until we agree to amend your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any amendment.

Refund / Exchange

Supported with receipt no. within 14 days

You may return your order at any point during the 14 days after receiving your goods.

If you wish to cancel and return your order, please email to hello@matthewsfoodsonline.co.uk stating your order reference number, full name and address or any other information sufficient to identify your order. You have until the expiry of 14 days after you receive your order to exercise this right.

Products can only be returned to Matthew's Foods Kirkcaldy Branch at your own expense. Before returning the product, please wait for Matthew's Foods Online to acknowledge your intent to return. This will help us track the progress of your return and make sure you receive your refund as speedily as possible. 

If you wish to return a product, you must not open or use the products that you wish to return and please ensure that the products are returned to us in a resalable condition.

Damage / Shortage

Notify us within 48 hours

All claims for damage or shortages must be notified us by email to hello@matthewsfoodsonline.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We are happy to exchange or refund goods with the invoice within 7 days. 

We take fraud very seriously; any suspected fraudulent transactions will be pursued through the legal system and will be prosecuted. We report fraud to UK Police force immediately whereupon the delivery address, names, phone numbers and IP Addresses will be used to find and prosecute for the transaction.
