Delivery & Shipping Policy
Our stores will be closed on 19-20.02.24 for Lunar New Year holiday, order placed after 16.02.24 will be despatched from 21.02.24 onwards. Lead time will be longer than normal due to increase in demand.
Local delivery will operate until 18.02.24 and resume on 21.02.24.
You will receive an order confirmation email soon after payment is made. Please check your junk folder in case you haven't received one.
We offer local delivery in KY1-KY7. And we provide standard shipping to other addresses in U.K. mainland.
A minimum spending of £15 will apply or £5.99 surcharge for orders under £15 in order to cover packaging cost.

Our branch colleagues DO NOT have access to the online ordering system, hence, our local branches will not be able to provide any further information regarding your order status.
Free Local Delivery on orders above £50, delivery fee for orders between £15 - £49.9 starts from £3.99.
Delivery will be made to the address you provide when you place your order. Notification will be sent when items are out for delivery. We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address, where it is safe to do so, or otherwise as near as practicable to that entrance.
Orders will be dispatched throughout Monday - Friday. We target to process every order within 24-48 hours. Shipping rate will be automatically calculated on checkout page based on parcel weight. Estimated delivery time will be 1-3 days, however, Matthew's Foods will not be liable for any shipment delay.

If the buyer is unable to sign for the parcel after 3 attempted deliveries made by courier and resulted in the parcel being returned to us. It will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for the cost of re-delivery.
