A sweet, soy sauce based grilling sauce for Japanese style of grilled eel. Also work great as stir frying sauce or can be used on other meat, poultry, fish or vegetable dishes.

Soy Sauce (Soybean, Wheat), Mizuame Starch Syrup, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Yellow Soft Sugar, Mirin (Alcohol), Sake(Alcohol), Kelp Seaweed Extract, Yeast Extract, Vegetable Oils/ Caramel Colouring, Alcohol, Thickener (Processed Starch, Xanthan), Seasoning (Amino Acid).
