Naturally Brewed - 501 soy sauce is one of Korea’s top-brewed soy sauces, containing a total nitrogen content of at least 1.5%. Fermented slowly for six months. Goes great with any dish, blending naturally with the inherent flavors and scents of whatever it’s being used in.
