DESCRIPTION
A globally loved Soy Sauce with a hint of sweetness. It's an excellent condiment for all kinds of cooking and dressing, with a recipe that particularly compliments fish and seafood dishes (although it's vegan!). It instantly lift the umami flavour of fish dishes, fried rice, fried noodles and stir-fried vegetables.
Best for marinating, stir-frying, stewing, as a dipping sauce, and also for using in gravy or sauce mixes.
