Dried Kelp Seaweed Strips (金百合 海帶絲)
DESCRIPTION
Dried Kelp in thin strips, simply soak it in hot water for rehydration, wash it thoroughly and mix it with some Chinese seasoning sauce such as sesame oil, chinkiang vinegar, chilli oil etc for a Chinese seaweed salad.
